Poster and communicationAs a participant, you have the opportunity to submit an abstract for either an oral presentation or a poster. All abstracts will be reviewed by the local organising committee. Abstracts for oral presentations will be selected by the scientific committee. If your oral presentation is not selected, your work will be presented in poster form.
Talks Flash talks will be 15 minutes long with 10 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for questions. Speakers will be required to upload their final slides using a flash drive, no later than 30 minutes before their talk session, directly on the session computer in the room. The computers used for presentations will be Mac computers. Please use PowerPoint and widescreen format. No personal computers will be allowed for talks. Posters Posters may be a maximum size of A0 (841 x 1199 mm, or 33.11 x 46.81 inches), in PORTRAIT orientation. Please note that poster printing will not be available on site. Clips will be provided to hang posters on the boards. Confirmation of receipt and notification of decision You will receive an email from the submission website confirming that your abstract has been received. Notifications regarding the status of your abstract will be sent once the review process is complete. To submit an abstract go to "My Space", section "My submissions".
