Conference Registration Guide

The Plant Proteostasis conference will be held at the IBMP: 12 rue du Général Zimmer 67000 STRASBOURG, FRANCE, from October 14 to 16, 2026. The conference will be held in person only, with no virtual access.

The registration fee includes access to the entire conference, two coffee breaks per day, and lunches during the three days of the conference. A guided boat tour and a conference dinner are also included on Thursday, October 15.

The registration fees are as follows:

To register for the conference, you must follow these three steps:

1)  First step: you must create a ScienceConf account via this web page.

To do so, hover your mouse over “login” in the upper right corner and select “create an account.”

French academics can also log in using their CCSD (CCSD Central Authentication Service) credentials (HAL, SciencesConf) by clicking on the “login” button located on the right under the website banner.

Please note: logging in to the platform does not constitute registration!

2)  Step two: pre-register for the conference.

In the “My Space” section, select the “My Registration” menu and fill out the form to pre-register.

At this stage, you can submit your abstract for an oral presentation and/or poster in the “My Submissions” section. For more details, see the “Poster and communication” section.

All pre-registrations are validated by the local organizing committee. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email within a few days. After receiving confirmation, please proceed with payment as soon as possible (within a maximum of 2 weeks).

3)   Step three: make your payment.

Once you have received confirmation of your registration, click on the following link and follow the instructions: payment.

Payment (by credit card or bank transfer) will be made in two stages via pre-registration and registration after receiving an acceptance email.

Special instructions for students, post-doctoral fellows, and researchers working at the CNRS: you must make your payment using a “purchase order.” To do so, you must first select “wire transfer”, then you will receive a “pre-purchase order” by email to send to your administration, which will issue the “purchase order” and send it by email to “recetteb1@alsace.cnrs.fr”.
